The entire product family is CE marked and UL listed, and supports extended addressing with 4 inputs and 4 outputs for up to 62 nodes per network. “Combined transaction” functionality allows transmission of fast analog signals, and a dedicated high-speed communications profile updates analog data at the full speed of the network. A “configuration channel” can be defined between I/O devices and the gateway, allowing complex devices to be configured and used easily on AS-Interface, says the vendor.
