TheTS4000andTS400models both sense H2S over a range from 0 to 100 ppm, and operate at temperatures from 40ºC to 50ºC. The advanced electrochemical cells in these devices feature a precision laser weld design that provides superior casting integrity, preventing separation and leaking, which are common problems in other sensor designs, says the vendor. TS4000 features include long-distance remote mounting up to 2,000 feet, dual redundant Modbus communication, 8 amp relays, three-digit display, 4-20mA output and indication of remaining sensor life. The compact TS400 measures just 1.75-by-4.5 inches, for placement where larger fixed gas detectors won’t fit.
