Plug-and-Play Controller

The plug-and-play system is simple to install and is said to reduce the time and cost typically required to integrate a machine and control. At 4.5 inches deep, the FlashCNC includes an energy efficient processor, a 15-inch TFT XGA color flat panel touch screen, machine interface components, dual Ethernet ports, a single power cable and preinstalled OpenCNC or WinMotion machine control software. The software runs on Microsoft Windows XP embedded. The control can support up to 256 I/O and can manage up to 10 axes of machine motion. A 512 MB flash drive is standard; a 20 GB hard drive is optional.
